Scope
The TWCF Conference affords you opportunities to discuss development, as well as local, regional and global change issues with scholars, policymakers, practitioners, professionals, and students in an intercultural learning environment and consideration for publication. You will be able to attend panels, workshops, and to share experiences involving South and North, as well as development and change.
