About TWCF: The Third World Conference Foundation (TWCF) is a non-profit independent research and educational organization that provides interdisciplinary and intercultural perspectives on all aspects of Third World development through conferences, forums, workshops and publications. It has successfully organized twenty-six Annual Third World Conferences in the United States and other countries. Peer reviewers for conference abstracts and for TWCF publications are chosen by one or more of the following criteria: experience, education, publications in the field and interest in the subject.
